4 volume 1840-1959 Scott International Blue Stamp Collection Album A-Z nice

  
Four part set - shelf reference. Expect hinge marks, minor writing etc. Vol 2 A-G, Vol 3 G-N, Vol 4 P-Z.

Pages very usable for an album of this age. Volume 1, I counted 600 stamps up to Lithuania.... I think reasonable to estimate 1000 to 1200 stamps in the album.... I did not count the other three albums.

My original notes say less than 500 stamps each in volume 2 and 3. Guessing again a few hundred only in volume four. Lots of years left in it. Improved with library quality fabric tape.

Binder spine text may not match pages in album. Consider any stamps (should there be any) a bonus. I have not gone over the pages in detail. They seem complete but there is no way for me to be sure.

The collection in general seemed in order thus I assume the album itself is in order. See my other auctions for similar Scott International Albums from Volume 1 into the 2000's!!! Currently listing over 100 Internationals from like new in wrappers to battle worn! The collections come from all over the country and some from foreign sources.

Many I have not had them long or examined the items closely. Many nice stamps (unless noted above otherwise) but these are old albums and you should not expect all stamps to be fault free. I do not count stamps with a fault that I notice. Stamps are in mixed condition. I have viewed hundreds of albums.

Comments are made based on my experiences and my not be reflective of the albums you have viewed. I do not look at many stamps closely.... Some stamp estimates are roughly fast counted estimates other numbers are simply a guess. Consider any count numbers only a guide...... Often I was doing two things at once so mistakes could have happened! Some could be hidden (like loose pages).

Some albums I sell are well over 100 years old. I have tried to note any exceptions.

Sometimes not so much, just depends on the material. Sometimes an unknown delay is unavoidable and I usually try to send a note. Please be sure the material and terms meet your needs. Make sure it fits your needs. Doing my part to save the world one mailing at a time. I tend to leave feedback every few weeks. My local post office is very small with limited hours and services. Saturday hours VERY limited at post office.

Conflicting schedules, while seldom, sometimes makes this impossible. If you open a package it will not be accepted for return for any reason.
