The stamps are mint hinged, used and CTO. Most of the stamps are in the 1940 to 1980 years. There are unmounted stamps and stamps in glassines here and there.

There are some souvenir sheets, a lot of complete sets and a fair degree of completion in some of the countries. Unless noted, there are no pre printed Scott pages before 1940. I do not know if the remaining pages are complete or if the stamps are in the right spots. Most of the pages are in good shape. Some of the earlier pages may be browned. Other pages have rolled edges on the right side and bottom. The collection was appraised by a dealer around 15 years ago at around 35% of catalog. The price on the collection is his. Angola: there is 1 blank page with some pre 1940 stamps, regular issue pages 1941 to 2001, there is 1 semi postal page from 1994 and air post pages 1949 to 1980. There are 275 plus stamps in the Angola section. Anguilla: blank pages for issues 1970 to 1987, Scott printed pages 1987 -2002, there are 75 plus stamps in Anguilla. Antigua: 1 blank page with pre 1940 stamps, regular issue page 1946 to 2001, there are 340 plus stamps in Antigua. Argentina: there are 2 blank pages with pre 1940 stamps, regular issue pages 1941 to 2001, semi postal pages 1944 to 2000, air post 1942 to 1990, air post semi postal pages 1950 to 1971, officials 2 blank pages with pre 1953 stamps, printed pages 1953 to 1957, there is 1 blank page after 1957 with stamps, there are 1300 plus stamps in Argentina.

This is a pretty decent collection. Armenia: regular issue pages 1992 2001, air post pages 1995-6, there are 5 stamps. Aruba: regular issue pages 1986 to 2001, semi postal pages 1986 to 2001, there are 25 plus stamps in Aruba. Ascension: 1 blank page with pre 1945 stamps, regular issue pages 1946 to 2001, there are 50 plus stamps in Ascension.

Australia: 1 blank page with pre 1940 stamps, regular issue pages 1941 to 1989, there are 965 plus stamps in Australia. This is another pretty descent collection. The binder is in fair condition.
