Minkus Specialty Stamp Album Germany & Colonies, 1848-1977, + 2100 stamps

  

This album features stamps from Germany, German Colonies, WWII, post-war occupation, etc. The stamps range from used/cancelled to mint never hinged.

The collection is predominately mounted in the album in Crystal Mounts and Showguard Mounts, although some stamps are hinge mounted. The album itself is in good shape with the dust cover intact and with only minor damage to the dust cover. The album has been stored in a stamp album safeguard bag nearly continuously since 1978.

The stamps are neatly organized in the album, allowing for easy viewing and organizing; although 100 - 200 of them are loose in glassine envelopes. The collection is quite extensive with 2100 stamps. The breakdown is as follows. North German Postal District: 9.
