Commemorative and Regular Issues from 1990 to 1995 NOT a complete run but an excellent variety of those hard to find definitive varieties. ALL Stamps are mounted in Showgard or Scott black mounts and are MNH. The left side of the open book shows thebest indormation about the stamp subject available.

There are MANY of the Large mounts for big blocks/minisheets. A small number of the mounts have been doubled up to make a larger mount.

Pages have been inserted into high quality plastic loose-leaf pages for further protection. The Ring Binder is in excellent condition and has "J" shaped rings for easier page turning.

The page lifters are both high quality oversized lifters for easier page turning. His Album is in great shape. All of the stamps are mounted with showgard/scott black mounts and so there are no hinge remnants. Mounts are in Great shape. A number of stamps have been removed but the mounts were left intact.
