Philantologie is a member of the CNEP (Syndicate Chamber of Stamp Dealers and Experts) and guarantees the authenticity of all stamps offered for sale on its website. Photographs serve as a supplement to the description for margins, perforation, centering, and cancellation.

European Union and Switzerland / Overseas territories. For parcels weighing more than 3 kilograms, an additional fee will be calculated based on weight. For parcels weighing more than 2 kilograms, an additional fee will be calculated based on weight. Products purchased by the buyer are usually shipped within 7 to 10 working days, subject to availability from the manufacturer.

These deadlines take effect after full and final payment of the amounts due by the buyer. For pre-sale products, the date of product release is specified in the product sheet. Shipments are made in order of arrival of orders from the date of product release. Philantologie cannot be held responsible for delays in the commercialization date of products, which is the sole responsibility of manufacturers or suppliers.

Orders containing pre-sale products will be sent in one shipment on the date the pre-sale product is available. These orders are exempt from the maximum delivery time. Any remaining items from the order will be shipped separately depending on the availability of the product from the manufacturer. Philantologie undertakes to deliver the products ordered within the above-mentioned deadlines.

However, these deadlines are provided for information purposes only and any possible overrun cannot give rise to any damages, deductions, or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In the event of exceeding the maximum deadline (30 working days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, excluding any compensation or deduction on the occasion of the sale. Unless there is a particular case or unavailability of one or more products, the ordered products are delivered all at once.
