This listing is for old 3 ring with binder with White Ace Historical Commemorative Stamp pages. The title page indicates that it was published by The Washington Press in 1948 but the dates for the stamps rage from 1939 to 1957. The album cover measures close to 10 ¼ by 11 ½.

It weighs close to 4 pounds 7 ounces. I counted 100 pages one time and 101 the next so I can say that there are approximately 100 pages total. Approximately 42 pages have single stamps with a total of approximately 212 stamps. Approximately 59 pages have blocks of four stamps with approximately 212 blocks totaling aproximately 848 stamps. I also count four sheets of thin paper that have reproductions of old stamps on them.

There is also a loose sheet of 28 Andrew Mellon stamps. I say approximately because my count might be a little off. I took photos of the pages with missing stamps but most of my photos are relatively random.

There are some pages with some missing stamps. The 1955 Old Man of the Mountain is missing. The 1957 Ramon Magsaysay is missing. Four Freedoms 1943, Railroad 1944 and Steamship 1944 blocks are missing. The condition is much like you see it in the photos.

There is a little discoloration of the pages from age. I checked a few of them to see that they are attached to the pages with small square or rectangular pieces of cellophane like paper forming a hinges. There is a light crease across the lower right hand corner of the 1956 5th International Philatelic paper. The album shows some discoloration that looks to me to have been caused by exposure to light. There is also some light soil and wear on album. Book #2 is written in the upper right hand corner of the album.

Otherwise, it is generally fine and as shown. My photos should give you a good idea of its general condition. I guarantee this album to be as described and represented by the 10 photos after the general description.
