US Stamp Prints Stamps Collection Lot of 27 (C) Daniel & House 32' see des+pics

  

Very scarce, very interesting philatelic, ephemera 11" to 12" by 11" to 12" art prints method of manufacture unknown... Whether some combination of intaglio / engraving lithography and flat plate printing with either 1932 and 1933 Santa Barbara or Pacific Palisades House & Daniel, content covers Columbian Exposition to Washington, to Byrd & Edison, the Century of Progress, as well as the Pilgrim and Walloon celebrations and much much more. There are 27 total pieces here, each in their own state of condition or grade, citing that most look sound, some great, while a few have a small tear or discoloration. The pictures do a great job of capturing the pieces' condition; however, I cannot state this enough: to write with any questions regarding condition for such an investment. Many have text on reverse, describing the visual content.

What makes these exciting to any collector of philatelic, ephemera or even artistic material is how little information is available on these pieces, as the internet has been scoured and seemingly no info can be obtained on these! Everything from questioning artists, antique and stamp dealers, to even reverse text and image lookup were plied in hopes of finding some information! The publication date and location are all that seem to be left to go on, so one may very well be looking at treasures.

They are most definitely very hard-to-find ie rare / scarce, well-made and interesting, these things are stablished.
