US Revenue Tax Stamp Collection on Vintage Scott Specialty Album pages 2 post

Here is an older Scott Specialty 2 post album with US Revenue pages and stamps. Obviously a remainder collection as you can see many stamps have been removed with empty black mounts left on the pages.

Many but not all stamps are pictured. Stamps are mixed with some damaged and many perf.

Pages are in very good clean slightly used condition and appear to be complete but not guaranteed. See pic for areas covered. 12" x 10 1/2" x 2 1/4 & has average wear.
