This is an amazing collection of 950 US 3 Cent Commemorative Plate Number Singles all in Unused Mint Never Hinged condition. The stamps have been sorted nicely in an binder and features 60 different Commemoratives from 1947 - 1955. In it, you will find a minimum of 75 Plate Number Pairs, and 7 Commemoratives with all Plate Numbers for each stamp.
