This is a preowned, approx. Covers have some wear on edges, corners, binding, etc. There are over 2,100 mint and used hinged stamps in various condition. The condition of the pages is good with a blemish, tear, or hinge remnant present on some pages.

There are pencil notations on numerous stamps (Scott The #, price). There are hinge remnants on numerous pages. The front cover is separating from album (see all pictures). The albums came from a life long collector in MA.
