The albums with printed sheets, clear mounts and slipcases are produced by Deutsche Bundespost and are of fantastic quality. Pages lie completely flat when the binder is opened. Detailed information (in German) is provided for each stamp listing. Binders, pages and slipcases are all in very clean condition. The owner has carefully written underneath each stamp mount the Michel catalogue number.

The collection is complete as per the album and runs from the first issues in 1945 to the end of 2013 (see photo 12). There is plenty of room in this final binder for further pages to be added to bring the collection up to date. As a price guide, the binder and slipcase for 2009-15 with 95 pre-printed sheets and mounts is 77 p.

From 1945 a mint copy of each stamp is tucked behind the used one - thus there is also included a complete mint collection running from 1945. Until the end of 1995 (see photo 11). This includes all the high value stamps, such as the Posthorn issues (see photo 6). These are very heavy items and will be sent within the UK only by Parcelforce.
