Both binders are in excellent condition. 199 panels with one to several genuine mint US stamps sealed on each in protective sleeves that correspond to the 50 greatest events in American history. Includes stamps going back to early 20th century. The individual panles are 10" x 13". 13" x 14 " x 3 1/2'. Binders have some ware, and one of the clips wont stay closed.
