Stamps are a combination of mint and used - all or nearly all are in built in mounts. Note that the top binder post has come loose from the back of the album. This is visible from the last photo in this description section.

The loose post has resulted in some bulging on the back and front cover of the album although it has not pushed through the album cover at this time. Please look closely at photos. Stamps have not been verified to confirm they have been properly identified as labeled in the book, though I have seen no reason to believe any may be improperly labeled. Other than the aforementioned loose post the album shows little or no wear. Pages appear to be in overall good+ condition with numerous pencil notations noting catalog value and Scott catalog value (as largely visible in the photos). Most stamps appear to be in good or better collectable condition however, as with most old collections scattered significant flaws are likely so please look closely at photos and anticipate possible hidden flaws. All stamps included in this lot are shown in the photos.
