A few of the three-hole punched sheets are torn at the punch point but for the vast majority, everything is in excellent condition. I would say it's just from these two binders being so full. Added a video flipping through the two binders to get a better idea of just how many stamps there really are along with lots of first day covers. Some duplicated pages, but not many - an expert might spot minor differences in them though.
