This is a massive collection from one fastidious collector who was attempting to get complete reconstructions of every single plate possible, positions AA to TL, from 71 to 225 no plate 77 of course! There are 3 double-sized custom tooled leather-bound albums with special decorative pages to house the stamps from the individual plates, each measuring 65 x 46 x 8 cm (26 x 18 x 3 inches) and weighing around 10 kg (22 lbs).

It would be hard to over-describe a collection such as this, it has a grand total of 35,530 stamps including 36 from the scarcest plate, #225. Besides the used plate reconstructions there are featured stamps on each index page: a mint NH/H block of 30 in Volume 1, a Metamorphosis of the 1840 Penny Black to the 1864 Penny Plates illustrated with 9 used stamps in Volume 2 and a mint NH/H block of 20 in Volume 3.

There is plenty of shade variation within as well as tremendous cancel interest for the many different collectible numbered town strikes. On the whole the collection is amazingly complete and sound, while still providing a chance to expand on it and further the degree of completion.
