Stamps are in good conditon with mostly NH in the modern era. Noting some a little stuck due to previous owners aggressive tongue when mounting. Some empty mounts are present.

Only includes Commemorative issues with no regular issues or Back of the book stamps. Starting the listing at about 1/2 the current face value of the stamps alone which will always be useable as potage.

Great way to get what you need at a huge discount and use or sell the rest. Albums are in good used condition and appear to be complete for the years but not guaranteed. Not near all the stamps are pictured. Just a few shown for a sample of what is included.
